Will you be a living legend or a forgotten casualty? MechWarrior:Living Legends (MWLL) is a total conversion modification for Crysis, MWLL is at its very core a mix between First Person Shooter and Simulation. This will be achieved through the use of a mixed arms massively multiplayer gaming experience where the player takes part in a battle using a variety of vehicles and weapons MWLL is using the concepts pioneered by the “Battlefield” franchise and more recently Crysis, of a sandbox feel where you get to play what you want and how you want it. MWLL depicts the epic struggles between the two factions of Battletech “The Clans” and “The Inner Sphere” In the project we will be bringing some of the legends of MechWarrior back to life.

The 0.4.0 public open beta brings the following new features:

Download the 1.7mb installer, which will install the mod's framework, and prompt you to start the "update" feature. Said update is 2.2 gigs. This system allows for future updates to be delivered via the same auto-update system.

uh Sorry Forgett the Last Message !! ive read all the other comments and understood that the 0.4.0 is a quick install and i hafto use the auto update.. well. sorry but theres still a big problem !
I use my lapptop to download stuff from an wireless Internet connection and then use an SSD to transfer all downloaded stuff to the Stationary computer and then install the stuff. now, see, the auto updater needs internet,, and i dont have internett on the stationary ! so i strongly recommend that someone putts an install file of the actuall game, not an auto update.. please :£

k wen i start it all looks great till i get to main menu
some wierd green **** is there, after that i try make a lan server and choose a map(also only half the maps appear) but wen i click start goes back to main menu
i wanna reinstall but there was no download only the 1 in the crysis mods folder( which i think may hav some 3.0 stuff in)
so the only way to fix it is to do another 2.2 gb download becuase i couldnt just download the 2.2 gb myself, cant u just make things easy

Those encountering the "green menu" issue need to download and install the Microsoft update for C++ compiler to make our mwll.dll work properly. Find out more here: Forum.mechlivinglegends.net

We don't supply a full download because it would create two install paths to support. My question to you is: if the destination install computer does not have an Internet connection, what sort of game are you expecting to experience after downloading MWLL as it is a multiplayer-only mod?

Is this for Crysis or Crysis Wars because the installer is saying it has to be installed into Crysis Wars.
