Before you guys say hey thats not right a shuttle cant build a starbase, please keep in mind that i dont have a lot to go off of, and this is canon. So enjoy it will look better once textured.

So starbases will be the citadel and collector station?
@Attican collector station maybe but not citadel. I belive that cerberus "minuteman station" is the correct one.
Oh ok was a bit confused on that part thanks for the answer.
The issue with stations in Mass Effect is that unlike star wars there are no turbolaser batteries or anything for defense.
The stations will have to be more like large hangers with many fighters and bombers then regular soase stations.
The collector station had those little laser defense machines to deal with enemies coming through the omega 4 relay but as can be seen after they were defeated the collectors had no real defense besides their cruiser.
Thats because the station was position on the edge of a Black hole in the Galatic Core, if you built a base there would you give it defenses? The placement is the defense. But anyways i will not be going canon with the stations defenses.
