If I may make a suggestion? The Collectors ships look great, but on all but the cruiser are missing one little detail. (Unless I just can't see it in this picture) The rocks are all "flat" except on the cruiser which has just a little bit of detail to it. I don't know how hard it would be to duplicate that look on the others though, so if it is too time consuming or frustrating I can understand. Just thought I would throw that out there.
Do the reapers get the Geth dreadnought?
I know that this is probably not to scale (since the destroyer is so similar in size to the Sovereign class) but I would like to see a similar size difference in Reaper Capital ships (except Harbinger and Ravager being larger)

Also it would be cool if the colony frigate (since the collector should be the colony capital) was the reaper harvester/processor that we don't see in ME3 and the carrier is the reaper troop transport or the harvester could be the siege frigate :D
