is the 3 one normal reaper size next to titan
The second is "normal" sized the third one is Sovereign and the last one is the biggest one. Which is just a little bigger than the Destiny Ascension.

from what I scene (in ME playtroughs) is that the Destiny Ascension was taller, and wider but sovereign being longer. look at the Turian ships not a perrect match but they kinda show you...I think

You can drastically cut down on polys on these models if you removed some polys and added smoothing groups to better even it out.
3Ds max's smoothing tool isn't compatable when it's being converted. So that wouldn't work for these models.
It's not that hard to do it by hand. I do it all the time.
I love the way you've got them all looking very similar, yet different at the same time; like they've come off an assembly line (like you would expect machines to do), all the same and what not, but then all are slightly different pushing forward the idea that they are all alive with their own unique assets . Makes them really scream sentient machines. Keep up the amazingly great wok!
So are those three to the right most, capitals? Does the ravager count as a capital or is it some kind of rebellion style titan?
If it is capital then you already have three out of five slots filled. I would suggest leaving the reapers as is for capital ships and having the collector cruiser be another capital design and then for awesomeness sake, have a true geth dreadnought.

aso do the legs move? please let them. idea as a special ability can the reapers grab other ships and crush them? maby only frigates and cruisers. it would be so awesome
UnfOrtunatley it's a very long and hard process to make these legs move. I don't know much about it but all I've heard is that it's hard to do.

the reaper ships remind me of the revelation cap ship that the vasari get, the shape is somewhat similar. maybe you could experiment with some designs there

Looks great, but I think you should switch the sizes of the Raveger and Harbringer classes.
It is mentioned by Alliance intel that Harbringer is the oldest and largest of the Reapers. Check out Troodon80 reference for a very accurate model of Harbringer.
