These will pop up on a planet undergoing colonization for 2 mins before fading out.
Assuming direct control of the planet...
Is it depend on player color or does everyone get orange?
Cerberus has orange, council blue, reapers red
now those colors matter.....better than the actual ME3 endings.....bec the endings are bad
Personally i think 2 minutes is a bit long for something that takes a few seconds. But thats my opinion.
Yeah 30-45 seconds should be plenty. Especially as you get other warnings to let you know you have taken the planet.
Actually,Colonizing a Planet isn't Easy even on Mass Effect Universe.

I just assume what is actually happening is that forces are being deployed to key locations. You aren't actually conquering an entire planet, you're seizing the most important bits of infrastructure that you can immediately use. Just pretend each of the dropships contains a Mass Effect 3 multi-player team.
looks Nice Will enemies see these effect and is a two minute b4 it is colonized or its colonized and looks like this?
