Description
With building based of Asari structures, and Floating tele-screens to emphasis its social attraction this is my second attempt at making a Council Culture Station. Let me know what you think.

i feel like that might just look odd floating in orbit. I would prefer something that looked more like the extranet satalite.
Yea I have to agree with Davidt an extranet satellite or a small space station would make more sense within the Mass Effect Universe.
Don't get me wrong, I love the design and how well it mirrors the city on Ilium but I just think its not the right feel.
I think trade port when I look at it, but I understand the concept for a culture center too.
Any Salarian units planned? They were a significant Council race too.
