This is the Synthesis version of the Cerberus Titan, similar design but this main weapons consist of thanix accelerators grafted over the ships hull in order to make a ship truly worth having.

So the Synthesis Branch will be like the loyalist, rebellion stuff in the upcoming sins game or something else.
I don't really understand the difference. Does this one have more but weaker guns? Also, are we only able to build 25% of the ship every tech level(1 to 4)?
No, Thanix is stronger than any MAC, as it is based on Reaper weapons.
So. the weapon on the last All Human Titan isn't better than Thanix? It seemed like by reading the description.
By what official codex speaks about Thanix, yes. Thanix is far better than MAC of other species. In this sense, Synthetic Titan is far better than All-Human Titan. It, however, AH Titan is armed with something else, like a Javelin torpedoes or stronger torpedoes, it would even it.
Also, Thanix was said to be not useful when made very large or something like that, dont know why, but that Thanix can be effectively used by only fighters and frigates. My speculation is that they can be also used on larger vessels, but only as broadside turrets, not a main weapon.
Not really, the volous dreadnought Kwunus broadside cannons and main gun are all Thanix Magnetic-Hydrodynamic Weapons.( Masseffect.wikia.com ).
Also in the Description of the All-Human Titan, Lord Set said that ships main gun is a highly effective directed energy weapon. If so that weapon will completely ignore the Kinetic barriers of the enemy ship. That is a deadly advantage in battles.

Energy weapons arent very much present in Mass Effect, practically only GARDIAN laser, so Cerberus probably developed a colossal laser beamer :) With that, AH-Titan may have something to keep up with S-Titan.
