The reapers have returned from dark space. With Earth under attack and the mass relays in a state of chaos from refugees and the councils fleet engaging reaper forces the galaxy is a mess. The outcome is unknown, the warfare is devastating. The galaxy will never be the same.

I also love this design! But do these kind of ship have different artificial gravity systems? I mean, the inclined "wings" also have crew within.

Gravitation in the floors perhaps?

I'd say mass effect fields of a more specific nature

Indeed. Still, I wonder why Systems Alliance engineers wouldn't use flat surfaces, since it would need less mass effect fields, making the ships cheaper.

well they could do it all tower style on the ships like this:

It is with a specific type of mass effect field Lockerd they use the ability Im pretty sure of Eezo's ability to either increase or decrease mass when introduced with an electric charge to do it and Starus I'm pretty sure the way those ships are deck wise in the wing is that yes its on a slant but the decks are still just lay flat on the horizontal horizon so you'd have slanted walls basically in a sense

There doesn't seem to be any overlapping mesh type errors, so that's good. Detail looks good, but you could probably add some pseudo plating that hugs the hull a bit in order to back into the normal map (unless of course you plan on baking a bump).

very impressive for such detail. these recent few models have really been excellent
I do have a question - the broadsides on this model are more in number compared to the Alliance crusier - does that mean this cruiser will be more powerful?

Cerberus has more powerful ships but slightly more costly ships than Council ships in general.

Were those little protruding bits inside the insets at the end of the outer panels/wings shown in-game? Either way they look great, makes it look interesting and still more distinct from alliance designs. Actually are they GARDIAN laser turrets?

Oh ok, I remember seeing those in ME3. Odd thing is I don't think they're mentioned in the codex, despite being shown firing in so many battles in the game. The way you included them in the models looks great though.

Guardian lasers are even smaller.

Description

This is the closest i could get it to the real thing, all this really was is a kitbash of the new alliance cruiser. Remodeled wings and some added detail. Enjoy.
