Heavy Cruiser outfitted to carrier several wings of fighters.
I'm not sure I like the bow.. It seems too open...
Like the design. Looks a little wide though but that might just be me.
Interesting with where its going but the bow is too blunt.
Agree, the front is little "empty". Maybe even just the "antennas" would be enough.
I love the bow. It's a carrier in space guys, it has no use for sleek edges. Its whole point is to **** fighters.
I don't agree with the design either. I know it's meant to be function over looks, but sleeker ships always look better.
Yeah, and it should look akin to the other Cerberus ships so this seems fine.
The ship doesnt fit the ME universe, ships in ME are typically long and slim due to the increase in power for the mass accelerators, Carriers should be no exception. Despite being used to house fighters and the absence of a mass accelerator iirc.
All those openings would pose a serious structural integrity weakness. Even if the ship could sustain kinetic barriers, it's hull would still buckle from stress.
Hangars are a structural weakness, I would recommend putting the landing bay in the bow and put launch tubes on the side.
But i like it none the less.
I kinda agree with V. Metalic and unikraken, I like the design, I do not mind the bluntness, infact I quite like it but I think it is a little to blunt, I think just some antennas on the front would top this model off perfectly.
Yeah, and maybe to fill the "hole" of the sides on the bow, adding the antennas and maybe some protrusions or small guns in here.
You do realize that those holes are the hangars?
On the front? I doubt that these two which are on the sides (on bow side) are hangars.
