We are trying to smooth out the militia and to make sure each gravity well is owned by a single merc group and not many this is one of our first new ships off the line
Dreadnought? Where have I seen that ships before in game?
Council Paragon path capital ships?
I believe you would get access to Batarian ships if you chose the renegade path.

Council Paragon path dreadnought is Geth Dreadnought.
As the description says, this is a Militia specific ship. This one belongs to the Blue Suns, and will be found in any grav well held by larger Blue Suns Militia forces.
