Nope, it's on an hiatus, currently considering moving it to Stellaris.
i did not play Star Ruler 2 but i did Stellaris not sure how would well logh work in it,logh anime is happening in small part of galaxy not hole and most of planet are colonized at least i think they are never the less i do hope your mod wont die like one for SOASER
Oh please go to Stellaris, it's a great game and this is probably the greatest anime ever made.
