Lost Dragons is a multiplayer total modification aiming to bring out a new thrilling gamemode for Arma3 . Our concept is futuristic objective based team warfare with randomly generated map elements to ensure every game is a unique experience with completely new set of units, weapons, structures and terrain.
Tried out some ideas for the WK-209 optics. The lines could maybe be a little thinner, don't want overdo it. Also need to figure out just what info we want there to be. Range, elevation, azimuth, ambient temperature, radar/sensors, damage, weapons, speed etc etc.
Some reason my inner Elmer Fudd wants to say "I'm hunting wabbits" while piloting this behemoth.
Looks Epic! Any possibility that you will incorporate a target(s) information area to the lower right hand corner? As in gun one's target's distance and bearing? So
Gun 1
Tgt Distance: 300 m
Tgt Bearing: 3800 mils
Gun 2
Tgt Distance: 250 m
Tgt Bearing: 2400 mils
And so on?
Good idea and I would say quite possible. I do have to rework the current system a bit and I might try adding range info at the same time.
Gotta just figure out how to place it so that the hud isnt too cluttered.
I've been reading what the BI devs are working on regarding radar and targetting and there are some quite interesting possibilites there too and we have some epic ideas how we might improve multiple weapon system handling.
