I really like the HUD design, Is there any way I could use just the HUD in my other mods?
Which one? The MOD has two HUDs that are displayed; the CatsVisor HUD (the visor that keeps moving and bobbing), and the Lithium HUD that you can turn off in the CBI menu, the one that doesn't move at all, a.k.a the one that displays the health, armor and ammo numbers.
I think you can use CatsVisor without any problem (credits to ShrudingCat) as long as you give credit, but you should ask Marrub/Alison Sanderson at ZDoom forums/discord server (you can find the discord server link at the Lithium topic, I gave a link to it in the description of the mod) first before using that HUD. Not just because of permission reasons, but also because I actually don't know how to modify the HUD itself/separate it from the Lithium mod, so you'd better ask her instead.
I didn't create the HUDs, I just modified CatsVisor and the Lithium HUD very slightly. Even then, if you wanna modify the visor itself, you're better off grabbing the original version of CatsVisor and modifying it from there, which you can find here : Moddb.com

EDIT : If you're talking in a purely player perspective (as in, you don't have any intention of editing anything and just want to play with a HUD similar to Cyberized), pick CatsVisor, as it runs with most known mods with no problem. I don't know how to make Lithium's HUD playable with other mods.
