As everyone knows, United Stated and Japan are so afraid of rapid military development of China, claiming it will "destroy the balance of Asia's power". Moreover, the historical reason between China and Japan in WWII can trigger further conflicts. Therefore we provide these two forces as the OpFor of PLA.
