I will have more on this but just wanted to mention that Standalone LMS is going to be happening in the near future on top of Platinum Arts Sandbox Free 3D Game Maker. This way too anyone can download it and play it instead of having to own Doom 3. Check out Sandbox sometime!

Last Man Standing Coop Mod is a Doom 3 Single Player and Multiplayer cooperative modification that aims to bring back the feel of the classic Dooms. Our LMS Mod gametype is survival in nature where you face swarms of attacking monsters to the adrenaline pumping energy of heavy metal soundtracks. We also fully support Cooperative play in the Single Player levels through the SP Coop gametype and the Doom 3 expansion pack ROE through the gametype ROE Coop. Also the Classic Doom for Doom 3 Mod has been integrated into LMS 4.0 to provide cooperative support! The monsters keep coming, and the bullets keep flying. Let the terror begin...

Over at the Doom 3 Coop Mod Last Man Standing Website our community member and friend TA_Alucard has returned with a new kick ass Doom 3 Coop map with lots of awesome features. Watch the awesome video to see it in action! I especially love towards the end with the demon tentacles coming through the portal!

Yes it is. It allows coop campaign, as well as maps created specifically for coop.

Outstanding mod! Has given me lots of fun, since release.
Too bad nobody ever plays ROE, though.
And I would have liked to see the "In hell" mod/maps implemented... Yeah, I know it wont happen :p
