The town wall of Saint Petersburg is unreal. Pskov and Moskva do not have town wall, the siege og Pskov and Moskva is like a simple battle. Pls make town walls for these cities

Docm30 you are great guy and I love L'Aigle. Only one thing make me unhappy. It is bayonet combat system. I know, it is alpha, but still. I think you can use bayonet system what is in the NW DLC.

Doc nice work so far. Suggestions:

-Reload while walking for a.i. to keep the formations without having to keep switching to melee.
-Further reach on infantry weapons. Although the bayonet in real life is far weaker than portrayed in the official NW expansion you could still successfully clout a fellow over the head from crimean war inkerman accounts with a rifle/musket butt that has more reach than a knife and doesn't get stopped by the armour mechanic.
-Further range on all musketry especially dragoons they will sit getting shot
-Somehow force the a.i. to always use formations for funner experience

Docm, I assume you've heard of the freelancer mod for Mount & Blade Warband, perhaps you could team up with that mod's dev team and have them add the best parts of Freelance to your amazing mod!
This would allow the player to play as the lowly grunt and then actually benefit from climbing up the chain of command, as he would be able to act independently afterward.
Perhaps the maximum party size for a private is 10, they will be under his direct command in battles.
Sergeant: 25 men of his branch (light inf, inf, cav, h. cav)
Lieutenant: 100 men, an additonal branch, 3 pound artillery.
Captain: 150 men, any branch, any type of artillery.

I ve played as a general in Russian Empire and i already have 7 cities. I want to revolt with the cities agains Tsar. But now, I can only leave Russian Empire with nothing or continue playing as General. I want to keep the cities I have and leave the Russian Empire. Lots of mod have the function of revolting with field. L'Aigle should have this function

I think the factions like Sweden, Denmark, Portugal, Spain and Ottoman will be in a second release.

You can aslo add option to customize your troops like in 1776 American Revolution 1.5 mod. In this mod you could change weapons, names and uniforms which your soldiers will use (that works only if you have your own kingdom). You could also change culture of your nation. Please think about it. It would be great.

Désolé de m'adresser à toi dans ma langue maternelle, mais je ne pense pas être suffisamment bon en anglais pour exprimer pleinement et précisément mes suggestions.
Je tiens d'abord à te féliciter pour ce début de mod, très réussi pour un alpha, et qui laisse rêveur quand à la suite de son développement. Etant relativement "calé" sur la période napoléonienne - Je suis étudiant en histoire spécialisé en histoire militaire- je tenais à te faire parvenir quelques suggestions, afin de faire coller ce mod le plus près possible de la réalité, tout en le rendant le plus fun à jouer possible.
- Jouant également à Brytenwalda, je pense qu'un certain nombre de possibilités offertes par ce mod peuvent être réutilisés dans l'Aigle, afin de le rendre plus réaliste : d'abord, empêcher que les armées françaises traversent si facilement la Manche pour aller assiéger les villes anglaises en rendant impossible le transport maritime autrement que par l’affrètement d'une flotte. Dans cette même optique, je pense que les batailles navales ne devraient opposer que des navires, et non pas deux armées sur les ponts desdits navires.
- Au niveau des batailles terrestres, il y aurait beaucoup à dire. D'abord, faire en sorte que la cavalerie ne charge pas tête baissée, emportant à elle seule la victoire, ou bien se faisant laminer. l'idée des formations est très bonne, je pense qu'il faut pousser plus avant son concept, de même que la disposition des troupes lors des batailles, afin que chaque type d'unité soit utilisé selon son but primaire (exemple : la cavalerie légère poursuit épée dans les reins les troupiers fuillards ou bien enlèvent les batteries d'artillerie, tandis que l'infanterie de ligne affronte celle de l'ennemi.)
- Au niveau du gameplay maintenant, je suppose que tu a prévu la possibilité pour le joueur de rejoindre l'armée de tel ou tel "noble". Pour améliorer ce point, je pensais, si cela est possible, à faire en sorte que, selon les caractéristiques du joueur, ce dernier rejoigne soit l'infanterie, soit la cavalerie.
- Il y aurait encore beaucoup à dire. La plus importante je pense est que la première des difficultés pour toi est le système de jeu de Mount&Blade;, conçu pour une époque féodale, où n'importe qui, dans le jeu, peut recruter des mercenaires, chose qui n'est plus guère possible dans l'Europe du XVIIIe siècle. De même, l'indépendance des commandants d'armée qui pouvait exister jusque sous Louis XIV en France n'est plus non plus d'actualité : si le chef des armées de tel Nation décide de mener campagne, tous les généraux doivent le suivre, et non pas préférer le développement de leur fief, qui d'ailleurs n'en est plus vraiment un.

Cette liste de suggestions est évidemment non exhaustive. Merci d'avoir pris le temps de me lire. Je te souhaite bien du courage pour la suite du développement de ce mod. Je reste à ta disposition si tu souhaite quelques informations historiques on techniques sur les guerres napoléoniennes.

Can you add custom custom battle maps? Pretty please?? Napoleonic Wars had a bunch new maps, all I want is one big, flat, open map. If you don't have the time or have WAY more important things to do than add custom battle maps I completely understand 100%. Keep up the good work Doc! Happy

J'aimerais ajouter à mon précédent propos un petit mot au sujet du gameplay, et plus spécifiquement à propos des armes. S'il est vrai que les fusils et les pistolets de l'époque n'étaient pas des bijoux de précision, je gage que, manquer sa cible à 5 mètres de distance, après avoir pris le plus grand soin pour viser, est un peu exagéré. De plus, je serais d'avis d'augmenter considérablement les dégâts causés par les balles, afin que ces dernières tuent plus facilement.

I'd love to have bounty hunting and dueling (besides just the beginning) to be implemented into this. Also, I love the arena idea with bare-knuckle boxing, I'd suggest a different animation for possibly using left and right hands with blocking left, right, down ect.

I love the game so far......a great and addicting mod......
I would like to be able to purchase more types of real estate.....like my own house and so on......i am more the role playing kind of guy.....id also like to be able to communicate alot more with the npcs......more day to day events from that age would also be wicked!!

PS : a chart showing which troops can get the drumboy and flag would be nice too

I have a suggestion: could you make units fight in grups like in total war games?

i want to have a unit of fusiliers,one of imperial guards,on of cuirasiers and so on

i want to be able to say after a battle"the battle was almost lost but when i sent my imperial guard on the enemy's flanks he lost"

One suggestion : Buff the artillery please, they are so underpowered buff them so at least they can kill 4-5 guys in one shot :]
