Description
Here are some of Rome's civilian units and buildings.
The grand three-storey building next to the city is the civic centre, a new building replacing the library. It functions exactly the same as the library, so it is only different in name and appearance. We made this change because libraries were rather uncommon during the Hellenistic era, and were not crucial for a nation's development. On the other hand, civic centres have always been widespread and important buildings.
