banshee was a powerfull unit in past games. so to be as weak as a venom does not make sense. but it needs to be weaker than a bomber. otherwise i dont know why i wont use bombers. in terms of damage i think the bomber needs to do the highest damage because thats what a bomber does, and he has to reload, so the bomb needs to count.
Overall every units needs testing and his stats compared to other units and balanced so every unit to have a use in a particular situation. Otherwise overpowering the battlefield with swarms of just one type of unit becomes an option.
i think banshe should be stronger vs vehicles and bomber stronger vs buildings and defences
The armor seems fine for what I see. What it needs is some upgrade with its weapon, needs a bit more damage against vehicles and less of its greenish smoking effects for it does nothing.
