So EALA never got rid of the beta Flame tank model :P
It and other unskin inf unit are still in the game but without their skins.
The truck is nothing new, it was some unit EA drop that still in the WB and have all of it skins, the C&C4 world builder still have it with different skins though :P
oh yea there is an artwork for that truck model, it looks cool, with proper skin can be a good Drone carrier vehicle which repair all units around it.
In CNC4 this truck is a large railgun.
Yup yup, the Conquer was supposed to be sort of railgun cannon, Media.moddb.com
If the animations still intact in final or beta version it can be recreated in KW :p
No, it wasn a weapont. It was used to conquer tech structures, hence the name.
