ALL Campaign Factions Unlocked - IS:RotR Anniversary Beta file - Imperial Splendour mod for Empire: Total War
Imperial Splendour attempts to create the best Empire: Total War experience possible without destroying the essence of the game, with an eye towards expanding and enriching the experience, while adding to the game's realism whenever possible. IS 2.2.1b focus on Britain and France, adding two periods so as to allow an evolution of the uniforms. IS made also a large rework on the visual and sound aspect so as to make ETW as enjoyable as last TW games. The CAI and BAI are totally reviewed, the Great Campaign is now really more challenging, and it will be difficult for you to impose to the World your imperial splendour.

Hey there. Sounds stupid, but I cannot get it to download. It says, FAILED NETWORK ERROR or SECURE CONNECTION FAILED: The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified
Also, after you download it, where do you place the file?
For the downloading problem, maybe try using another mirror. When the download popup appears, there should be a line that writes "Click to download IS_All_Factions.rar if it doesn't start automatically or try another mirror." on the top of the popup.
For the folder location, your game should be in
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Empire Total War
or
C:\Games\steam\steamapps\common\Empire Total War
After you find the location of your game, follow these instructions:
1. Switch to Imperial Splendour using the application (Empire Total War/Imperial Splendour.exe)
2. Save your original Startpos.esf in
(Empire Total War\data\campaigns\imperial_splendour\Startpos.esf)
3. Extract IS_All_Factions.rar and replace the original Startpos.esf
4. Start your game

Wait a minute! It's the version for RotR 1.2 AB but I don't see a new version. it's coming soon?
This Startpos.esf file is meant for the currently newest Anniversary Beta which the files are named 1.1.9.9 but the description on Moddb says it is a beta for 1.2
There is no new version. I used 1.2 to avoid confusion between 1.1.9b.

Just trying Crimean Khanate for some tatar fun.
I don't believe I was able to trigger a revolution. Didn't give me a choice and treated it as rebellion rather than revolution. I'm guessing because the game doesn't recognise crimea as a capital to trigger revolution?
Will be interesting keeping with my terrible monarch!

Hello, wonder full mod.But I have a question can the French Revolutionaries not Recruit HOWITZERS at all ? I have all the Buildings I think But NO HOWITZERS.

Savoy state, Venice and Pirates?
For Savoy and Venice, I've tested out both factions and neither have much mod content and are very buggy. The Italian minors have essentially identical, vanilla contents. The Pirates, assuming you are not talking about the Barbary (which is unlocked btw) simply does not exist, or at least control any region in this mod.
How do you install the factions because im new too modding and all so can anyone help me?
If you are trying to install the mod, here are the instructions:
1. Find where your game is
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Empire Total War
or
C:\Games\steam\steamapps\common\Empire Total War
2. Switch to Imperial Splendour using the application (Empire Total War/Imperial Splendour.exe)
(optional) Save your original Startpos.esf in
(Empire Total War\data\campaigns\imperial_splendour\Startpos.esf)
3. Extract IS_All_Factions.rar
and replace the original Startpos.esf
4. Start your game
If you encounter any more problems I'll see if I can help.
The sprites in tactical battles are now very poorly drawn with this mod, blurry, incomplete modeling.

First of all, I love your work but I have a small issue qith the ingame units skins...Some of them aren't rendered correctly (the face/hat don't have any texture and/or the whole body doesn't have any texture, it's just plain grey)
Anyway, other than that, everything is fine. Hopefully there is a solution out there!

The graphics problem might be because your device is not fully compatible with the mod. It might be because you use macOS or don't have DirectX installed.
You can also try changing your graphics settings to high or highest by following the steps I found on steam.

I changed the file name to IS_All_Factions.rar in an update.

Iād like to request for Mexico to be added into the mod! Looks amazing!
Mexico is not on the map in IS which means it is an emergent faction. I don't know how to unlock emergent factions so I'm sorry :'|

so i downloaded and shows as IS_All_Factions.rar in my downloads.i drag it over to the folder you mentioned and take the old startpos. file out but it crashes when i try to load into grand campaign menu?
The installation is simply replacing the Imperial Splendour vanilla file with the modified one. Make sure:
- You have Imperial Splendour mod installed
- You replaced the right file
Maybe try removing and reinstalling Imperial Splendour.
You can deactivate the mod (by using the Imperial Splendour application), then extract and replace the startpos.esf directly in ETW game folder/IS_Files to avoid digging into the game files too deep and getting lost
