i think in my opinion the juggernaut could use some light or medium defenses because right now it is very much naked.
and maybe even going as far as giving it modular defenses instead of pre made defenses?
and a different launch system for the nukes?
on level 9 i had the perfect opportunity to launch a nuke at a ball of frigates and for some reason it would not fire till it got right into their face and had to make turns to try and track the frigates and i lost it after that...
juggernauts should not have build options or weapons because they are suicide bombers... since they are nuclear waste containers themselves, they also have enough armor to protect themselves from enemy fire. they are just made to blow themselves up.

Strategic Battlecruiser is the real nuke spammer...
