by double shotting fast zombies with a shotgun or shooting metal, missing texture sparks will appear instead of what you intended to put there

It should be fixed now, let me know if there's any more problem occurs.

This happen because I only select a few texture within the particle effect folder (with total size of 275 MB) and missed the one. It should be fixed now. New screenshots included.

A few issues with this mod. The particle effects when shooting metal are missing textures, resulting in purple rectangles being spewed out. Sometimes shooting NPCs also results in the same missing textures.

I also am not a big fan of the explosive effect. The fireball is way too big, which makes it look like my explosives are filled with napalm. This is what you would expect from incendiary weapons, not high explosive or fragmentation weapons, which generally have very small fireballs. I don't mind having more debris coming from the explosives, but please keep the fireball small.

Fixed the texture and reduce the fire ball's size a little bit. Gonna take me a few more playthrough to refine it.
I just like action movie fireball instead of the realistic smoke blasting =p

Do you know how to put these files into a VPK archive?

Can you show me a screenshot of the missing texture ? I've made sure that it is included in the pack - both particle use spark.vmt which the original game has, but I included the file in the pack anyway just in case.

Inside of the version of MMod you're gonna use (like HL2MMod_HL2U, for example), there should be a folder labeled "custom". If not, make one.

Inside there, make a folder titled whatever you want it to be, and then download this mod. Open the file you just downloaded, and place the "materials" and "particles" folders inside the folder you created.

Do all that, and it should work.

Is there a way to get this working for Portal? It's for a revamp I'm doing.

This is filling my console what does it mean?: C_OP_RenderSprites::RenderUnsorted: Attempting to use an unimplemented sprite renderer for system "hl2mmod_explosion_remix_smoke"!

hey man, it seems i´m a little bit late to the party but is there a way to make it a little bit less over the top? the blood impact is way to heavy! at least in my opinion. could you tell me how to reduce that?
otherwise, great addition to mmod
