This month is tidying up some loose ends, and getting some damned things finished finally.
The done didded deeds:
-Slightly optimized firing range timer logic
-Added support for lowering targets to firing range group triggers.
-Added a number of functions to test targets, for more time efficient balance testing.
*No shoot functionality, including scaling damage, time penalties when on the clock, and sensible coloration.
*Better behavior for resetting.
