Description

Oh? Another set of arrows? What could this be?

Well, instead of disassembly only including weapons as being able to be taken apart, you can now disassemble ammos and pickups as well!

There were 3 major reasons why this originally wasn't done, but they're all defunct now:
-Concerns that the player would be too capable of breaking down items into cash (scrap metal). Since players can sell items to shops, this is already being dealt with in economic practice, and we've installed lower return rates as Ammos and Pickups don't suffer condition. But having an incomplete clip to break down will also lower odds accordingly.
-It would be too hard to find items and confusing to new players. Suffice to say, the fact we added those 2nd arrow sets (which change the item filter type) allows us to make things organized, convenient and simple to understand as can be.
-Concerns that some items may be NOT wanted to be reverse engineered. Prime example: All lockpicks are made out of titanium to some degree. At high levels, you can learn to craft them and it's a great thing to have, but at lower levels having all that precious titanium (which is used in FMJ, Snakeshot, Flechette and Extra pellet ammo loads, which are higher tier) lying around could spell disaster. Now that ammo crafting is skill related for complexity, you COULD turn a lockpick into high quality 10G filler as a noobie crafter, but you can't put the ammo together in the assemble screen without the skill level related to it now. Nice and balanced.

Factors accounted for, everything is done, debugging, and produced neatly with no function or log errors. Like everything ELSE we do in Hatchet, we check and clean up our work as we go to operate in top shape. Let it never be said we don't look forward to handling bigger, odder challenges than many mods and don't give it our absolute damnedest to accomplish them in a quality manner.
