From the maker of Markistan RPG comes Hatchet. Hatchet is a heavy duty conversion mod for Deus Ex with a campaign all its own. Hatchet contains a unique storyline & employs free-roam mechanics to present a world we think will shock, satisfy, & puzzle you to the end.

Yeah, it's good to be moving again steadily on stuff after a long slow. Also been busting away some of the must elusive (and rare) of bugs with relative ease... expect some great stuff soon!

Description

*Soldier Voice* I have done nothing but Code Quests for 3 days.

On a serious note, this whole ordeal is far from topped off, but we're making excellent progress. This is a preview of the (spoiler free and hence ridiculously detached) test quest we'll hopefully be able to give a full demo of in the near future. Things you should know about the quests so far:
-Each quest can store up to 20 objectives in either non-linear or linear fashions.
-Objectives will be tracked in world and on-hud, making managing multiple quests a relative ease.
-Quests are given a moderate description of what they entail, why you're doing it, and what you get out of it.
-Quests come tagged with a faction action (note the metal box icon) to indicate what group or faction they're for. Imagine having quests from conflicting factions, but you forget by pure description who you're really working for, and you, say, favor one faction over the other. Said icon in said situation makes things crystal clear and super convenient for identifying quests if you have multiple.
-Quests will be more streamlined and "modern" in setup than Deus Ex's original "mission" completion. Cool stuff!
