Here we have a nice addition that was a long time coming. In short: When dropping items with the "drop" button in the inventory screen, it'll drop one at a time like Vanilla if there are 3 or less items.
On the contrary, if you have 4 or more of the item in question, it'll give you a handy quantity selector very reminiscent of the container manage screen, so you can drop all your jillions of clutter items in a nice, neat little single instance.
This saves you time and the game strain, plus it looks nifty!
