Personally i can tell the difference quite well, they all have the same basic characteristics, but then each one is unique in alot of ways. For example the Hercule's has a "head" design unlike any of the other ships.

....is that a new station of some kind? Between the SMAC platform and the shipyard?

Yup....tbh, I don't even know what it is lol

I'm sure Velo will say something after this.

Me thinks some kind of civilian station...but IDK....I'll get on that for you.

It's a command and control station. So far it's only use is in a specific game type we have, but we're trying to find a use for it in skirmish games too, other than the obvious sensor battery thing.

It's the right size, where we can we tend to model ships next to their in-game counter parts, so it was modeled next to the one from Halo 2 for reference.

Can we get a bigger version of your scale chart? The next time you release one I mean. The size difference between the largest and the smallest ships is so extreme that the dinky picture up the top doesn't give it all the *umph* it should have.

I was considering doing seperate renders of different ships in order of scale. Without an absolutely massive resolution render, you won't be able to make out much

its pretty easy to tell which ships are what

from right to left, scimitar, longsword, halberd, wolf clad, missile frigate, heavy frigate, light frigate, carrier frigate, destroyer, halcyon, marathon, hercules, carrier, cradle, SMAC, outpost, Shipyard, super carrier, battleship, CCS, Assault Carrier =D

then again... i do spend hours on BLS every day...

I had first seen this project the other day but was introduced to it by one of my friends a while back. Very little detail was given to me but one main thing was that you guys needed some textures for the crafts... i have access to bungi's official ones... would you like them?

No thank you. We're looking for original work, which applies to the textures too. Also, as these are custom models, the bungie textures won't accurately apply to them, or atleast won't without looking extremely awkward.
