My Halcyon there took quite the beating, but my last Gyges reminded me of R2-D2 from Episode 1 and held out while my other four were destroyed and allowed my Halcyon to prevail.
My single Halcyon and Hermes went up against another Halcyon and a flotilla of frigates and corvettes. Repair drones make such a difference.
How many drones can repair a single ship at a time?
It depends on how big the ship is really. Frigate and destroyer sized ships can have three at once I believe and cruisers up to six. Anything below a frigate has no repair points.
