Maybe you should change the front off the ship a little bit, maybe so it looks more like an Halcyon, right now it looks way to much like an marathon.
Other than that, wonderful work, it deserves it name.:)

The original "head" of the ship was halcyon-like, how ever the team didn't like it so it was changed to a more marathon like head.

I kind of like the cruiser-y feel that the Marathon head gives it. Makes it more intimidating...

That's hard to say really. They're described as the most powerful ships in the fleet, how ever we'd like to enphasise the importance of strike craft rather than pure brute force, so it'll be properly decided when balancing tests take place.

Will smaller ships like frigates and such be able to dock on it?

No, that's only the Super carrier. This will be a purely fighter support ship, where as the super carrier is a super capital/full fleet tender

As long as they don't have shields, plasma chews them up

This is a sweet ship, like the little overhangs for the fighter bays, but where are the PD guns?

The wolfclad is the only model we bothered rendering with turret models on due to it's size. We were still deciding if the bigger ships should have modeled turrets or just PDS turrets similar to the ones on the mothership with no model.

Description

Designed to deploy and support large numbers of strike craft to support other UNSC vessels, the carrier has proved to be a vital strategic advantage throughout history.

How ever, unlike ground based carriers, the Aeolus supports a large ammount of armour, missle pods and still carries the standard MAC, possibly most importantly it mounts a large number of PDS guns to give it's allies support against enemey craft too.
