There has been a serious issue with the mouse look in this mod. I apologize for releasing it in this state and only did so because I thought the issue was something to do with my hardware.
The issue consists of the player's mouse reaching the edge of the screen whilst in-game. (not paused)
I've tried endlessly to fix this problem but have found no clear solution. If anyone knows exactly what causes this issue and a definitive way to fix it, I would be very grateful.

I found another way to play this mod without the mouse bug and it's really simple:
1) go to the SectorCleanup mod folder and delete everything inisde except the "maps", "resource" and "sound" folders and the liblist.gam file
1a) delete everything inside the "sound" folder except the "hl1sounds" folder
2) open the liblist.gam file, delete everything in it and put this in:
gamedir "SectorCleanup"
game "Half-Life: Sector Cleanup"
startmap "scleanup01"
trainmap "ofboot0"
version "1"
size "96000000"
svonly "0"
hlversion "1108"
type "single"
//cldll "1"

Then save it and restart Steam for the changes to apply and you're good to go

I found a way to play the mod, take the levels from the "maps" folder under the "SectorCleanup" foder and put them on the "maps" folder under "gearbox", then start up opposing force and type "map scleanup01" on the console.

I had no problems playing the mod. What I suggest in case you do is to copy paste and replace your dlls of the Gearbox folder into the mod folder. Then just create a shortcut of Hl.exe in valve folder and add this in the target line of the shortcut:
-game sectorcleanup -console
and have fun.
