This is the sequel of Half Life: Operation Rosenberg.
While Operation Rosenberg was taking place, Barney Calhoun and Dr. Rosenberg were finding they way out of Area 99 (a hidden and dirty sector of Black Mesa).
Suddenly, they were captured by Black Ops. You will play as Barney and your mission will be to escape from that hideous government facility.

Well it has some issues here and there but not a big deal. It's kinda better compared to O.R. but i have to say: It has two of the more frustating things near the end. MY GOD THE DOOR AT THE END
Well, i have tried efa99 with my WON Half-Life and it doesnt work, but i have tried with my Steam Half-Life and it shows this: Imgur.com

Soul ... move all files in clls folder to parent dir ... i did that and it worked fine
This mod looks very interesting, does it work with the WON version of Half-Life?
So far nobody has reported any issue with that so it should work!
