First real animals in GTA.
so, the dog animations look quite stiff. In your further work you might want to make the torso and the head move in the walk-, and also for the running animation.
Anyway, did everyone notice the exhaust fumes for the ingame-crow?
the crows legs might look better retracted a bit during flight.
also, on a semi-related note, could you create random deer peds in woods , that would add tremendously to the atmosphere, and i don't think anyone's ever done it, so it could create a decently large splash in the gta modding community.

They are very good, but the Cerberus anims are very weird, you should work on it a bit more, and the crow should have it's legs retracted
Isn't that the Cerberus model and animations from Resident Evil: Cold Blood?
Model was made by a Beeswax, then used in CB with no autorization.
Anims are mine though.
