GRIM AGE is a project, which has been in development for 3 years. Right now we're close to release of the first version of a mod. Our project is separated for two parts - single player (Ostland Campaign) and multiplayer sub-mod (Skirmish). We're gonna release Skirmish first, that is why all information you may find here is about it. SP part of our project will get it's own MODDB page when it's time is right.

Ok did read it, so can u play it against bots right now, or is it only mp?
Skirmish is the MP version, but yeah you can still mess around with bots. I don't think there are any severs up or something like that.
Is this the latest version plus the two patches?
I thought there was only one patch so far. I would've guess this is the first patch combined with the demo-like version that was released.

Hate to be that guy, but when I launch the game with wseloader.exe and go to multiplayer -> internet the server list doesn't fill up. When I launch the game normally the server list does fill up as expected but there aren't any servers for this mod. Halp!
Btw: I use non steam version, and game has latest patch applied (1.166)
The mod doesn't see other mods' servers - that's the WSE feature. The onlu server has been shut down for approximately 24 hours, but now it's up again.
Very nice mod. I love the amazing models and asymmetrical factions. I hope there will more people playing this. Also You might want to disable automatic blocking on the server so it will be easier to test the balance.
When you have the game, do you have to download each new version seperetly, or will it just update from the version you currently have.
Yes, eachnew version must be downloaded manually.
IS THIS COMPATIBLE WITH WARBAND 1.143 CAPTAINS?
I don't think it's compatible with 143.
So,i've been waiting for realease of this! But... I'm disapointed. Model's are great! Taunts too. But, why there is so much bugs?! :D
Youknow, if i want to play as a Chaos Champion i don'thave a head, an hands, if Im am attack by bot, I drop all my weapons and I see only black screen, all the time to respawn. Any ideas? :D
To read installation guide, perhaps? It's in the latest news here. The black screen - it's the morale feature. You loose morale - you start running.
i never found any grim age server (i play it on steam 1.166).
may i doing something wrong, or is it normal at this moment?
and also i have grafic problem when i play with bulk troops, it seems like my head and my hands still in the same place of my human character, so for example whean i play a chaos warriors i have the head inside is torso and it is even when i use the first person views.

i launch it on steam, if i use the wseloader the game not even check for the server
It shouldn't. It finds only mod's servers, which are not up yet, as it's not really much people playing it.
So currently no servers running for it? Wondering why I saw nothing...Amazed at the brief time I spent checking between faction classes..although champion was turtling his head into armor, a few other classes had this hidden/floating head hands issue but i'm assuming everybody has this? At any rate...fantastic looking mod so far.
Try to use WSELoader to launch the mod.
well I am stupid. I wasnt hosting in the battle mode, now I can see all models in perfect gory glory! Just wondering if any online servers are up you know of?
There is one up now. I takes some time to show up in the server list though. I'll have it up for some time.

Well maybe there will be some players if there was at least one server on..
I used to have it up from time to time - 1 player in 24 hours was the best result :) Anyway, I don't have a good Internet connection during the summer, so the ping will be awful. But well, I can try.

I downloaded this thinking it was single player first, but i checked it out anyway. 4000 downloads and nobody playing online. <shrugs> me thinks more than me must have been wrong. :)
