A demonstration of the seeking mode.
Normally the gravity gun's punt mode is to fire strong white balls that deal high damage initially and lose their charge overtime.
Pushing the middle mouse button(defaulted and can be changed in the keys menu) while holding a ball currently toggles the gravity gun to seeking mode or back to normal. The color of the beam holding the ball changes, when punting the currently active mode will determine whether you fire a normal or seeking ball.
Seeking balls besides having a sexy blue color will also seek towards the target closed to you in a "cone" in front of you(and with nothing blocking the way). It remains active for about 3 seconds and currently will always deal 25 damage as long as it's active.
