You know, you really aren't giving anyone credit here. You're taking things from both WeCreateStuff Developer Hen, and the creators of SCP. You're uploading games of SCP to your HL2 Mod's download page, and you aren't even sparing the decency of what games like those are about. They may be "free" games, but they can obviously be downloaded from their official site.
Also, not to be insulting, but I believe that your comments are getting down-rated because people like you want to continue uploading things you don't have permission for. I suggest you just try to make things of your own -- things that haven't necessarily been created or used before. I'm sure that some people would appreciate that even more, depending on what gets done and who gets it done. I would. I understand how you wanted to create something that everyone would seem to have wanted/liked, but I think that you mainly need to work on the copyright issues here.
P.S. If you would really your very own original logo or two for your mod, then I would be happy to create one for you. Just PM me, and remember to give me credit if you can.
