Some basic thoughts on the current version of the mod.
There have been some issues with some players unable to install the mod or crashing when starting a new game.
A few things to remember...
Install the game into a custom location, not the default location. Windows 7 & 10 (and probably 11) don't like it if you install into the default program files directory, so install it somewhere else, preferably a different drive, same goes for Mod Manager 1.3
Always install and run with Administrator privileges, can't stress this enough. Then install the Microsoft 1.1 patch for Freelancer. When you have done all this, then install the Genesis mod.
