They used Microsoft Sam text-to-speech voice from the windows 7 text-to-speech app.
How did you make the voices of the characters
probably with some SAPI 4 text-to-speech software, like balabolka or speakonia
I extracted the folder and put in into the steamapps, I restart steam but its not there, please help.
You gotta put the "beta_man-problems" folder in \Steam\steamapps\sourcemods and then restart steam.
This mod is the best thing I have ever played. Gasmask citizen 21 is the biggest shitpost ever and I adore it so much. Characters like the metrocops are now depressed, audio is replaced with a bunch of dumb memes that somehow don't get annoying. the sudden switch to a turn based combat. This game is not clever at all I'll admit, but this game is filled with stupid homor and thats why I love it
