Since the 2020 Retail launch the 2011 release was renamed to: G STRING - BETA and in the future the G STRING - ULTIMATE EDITION is coming. Also don't be confused about the "Developer: LunchHouse Software" part. This is the G String Beta you are looking for, the one made by Eyaura. The display was changed because LunchHouse helped me a lot in publishing the game and this will help us both in promoting our work. Which reminds me: they're making PUNT! Go check it out! Since there is no way to list this on MODDB like on Steam (Developer: Eyaura, Publisher: LunchHouse Software) this is the best solution. Thanks and have fun!

Description

Monthly update time.
Let's make it interactive this time. I know many of you have played the beta at this point and I am wondering which areas do you want to see make a return/improvement in the final release?

I am in the stage now when I am sort of assembling the prefabs and the geometry I have into a final, hopefully more polished, experience.

So to those who have played the beta: what parts stick out as memorable? What can we do without? There is some new stuff like the spaceport and the air refinery and some other places but the question is how much of the old geometry should I keep? I feel the mod got repetitive towards the end with the same fighting mechanics happening over and over just in different settings.

Also the mind-f. sections... should I include as many of those as possible or tone it down? Aside from the intro and outro I try not to interfere with gameplay.

Even if I do keep an area it will obviously receive a major facelift but it will still be recognizable. This part in the photo is from the "fugitive" maps and got reworked quite a lot but the area behind me actually does resemble the beta layout.
So I'm all ears. Let me know...
