Since the 2020 Retail launch the 2011 release was renamed to: G STRING - BETA and in the future the G STRING - ULTIMATE EDITION is coming. Also don't be confused about the "Developer: LunchHouse Software" part. This is the G String Beta you are looking for, the one made by Eyaura. The display was changed because LunchHouse helped me a lot in publishing the game and this will help us both in promoting our work. Which reminds me: they're making PUNT! Go check it out! Since there is no way to list this on MODDB like on Steam (Developer: Eyaura, Publisher: LunchHouse Software) this is the best solution. Thanks and have fun!

Description

As everything is sort of falling into place and gaining it's final look I am still frantically trying to squeeze in as much scifi awesomeness as I can.

Someone in Discord brought a movie called Over the Black Rainbow (It's on YT now watch it while you can) to my attention lately and that was nice. I can see why they thought I got inspiration from that movie. I didn't before but now I did lol.

***

If any of you have any favorite cyberpunk/scifi movies/games/comics/etc point them out to me, aside from the obvious stuff like Akira, Star Wars, BR, 2001 and so on I am sure there is many hidden gems out there I don't know of. I kind of stopped watching movies around early/mid 2000s when Transformers era started so maybe I missed some newer stuff like Black Rainbow?

Also I am sure I missed many good movies from the 90s and 80s and before too, by no means do I know all the great scifi/cyberpunk works out there.

So if you know of something that might fit the G String A E S T H E T I C manifesto in some way share it here... Not just films/games, any crazy cool scifi imagery online somewhere or in archives. Just interesting stuff you found on your great journeys across the interwebs... Old stuff new stuff, doesn't matter.

The more obscure the better actually! Eastern European/Russian/Asian takes on scifi- not just Western. Have you seen Hungarian Star Wars posters... Stuff like that too.

By now everyone here probably knows what I am going for- this retro futuristic timeless scifi/cyberpunk with a dash of Giger-y horror + twin peaks/metaphysics.

Thanks guys! And thanks for being patient with me and also for donations. If you want to donate link on my YT channel.
