Freeworlds: Tides of War is a fan built Star Wars total conversion mod for Digital Anvil's Freelancer game that was released several years ago. When fans began to make mods for Freelancer, one of the many things people were keen on seeing was a Freelancer mod based on the Star Wars universe developed by George Lucas. Freeworlds and Tides of War were the answer to this outcry. The development team of both mods have now joined forces to create an epic new Star Wars TC, Freeworlds: Tides of War.
Cause this MOD remember me my old games of "Star Wars: X-Wing VS Tie Fighter" (PC, 1995, windows 95 CD Version) and "Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire" (N64, 1996 and PC, 1997), this MOD looks GREAT, :D , .. ..
wowlol
Great support staff, bugs are ID'd and crushed with wild abandon.
It's Star Wars sandbox space flight; need I say more?
Graphics are a bit dated, but I challenge any game to have better gameplay. The controls are intuitive, and the UI is clean and easy to understand. All in all, this mod of a classic game is worthwhile.
FINALLY I CAN FLY WITH MY X-WING YEAH!
never seen a star wars mod on a scale such as this mods does!!! this team has done amazing work with such a old game graphics look amazing big + with me
there still needs some things worked on with the mod but im having a blast!
Clearly good graphics but that is not enough.
Great graphic updates but nobody can use them.
Great attention to detail and fun gameplay. The faults are few and so unimportant in terms of having a good experience playing that they are not even worth mentioning.
Great mod but its never gonna release.
Also the devs promised the release 2 years ago. nothing happend
