Description
This Vista Point is part of Vista Point Pack #1, included in Patch #4+ and REFUELED 2013.1. It's located a few miles off-shore along the Sioux coastline in Z02: Tsunami Reef.
A few people have asked me how to get to Hermit Isle, well the hovercraft in this screenshot should give you a hint :P
I plan to use this screenshot in an article.
Or use the drive on water mod to reach the isle
