I can help you make this mod, I have some experience with modding CoH. I'm not chinese though. I can make skins, do some simple modding and make some cool icons.

hay are u adding some super heavy tanks ? also if and wen this mod is released will it be an auto download *hope so* and cn u make the king tiger alot harder to kill and increase damage i mean since wen can 2 light bozokas and 1 sherman destroy 180mm of armour at 40m its mpossible!!!!!!!!!!!! fact thank you
