Pretty much what the name is, this is my port of Freespace 2 to Homeworld 2. Ever wanted to command a fleet of Terran, Vasudan, or Shivan ships? Well here ya go!

with some help I've made it so that you can choose how many capital ships you start with (1 thru 4)
there is 8 options, first 4 you can make more capital ships, last 4 you cannot (for hgn and vgr in the 4 that you cant make more caps, you start with 1-4 MS like in this screen)
well there is a 9th option now that lets you spawn with maxed out caps (maxed out for normal unit cap that is)
