What would a Team Fortress game be without 2fort? Fortress Forever hasn't had an official version of 2fort yet, but luckily we have a mapper named shadow making a really great rendition of it. So finally, the upcoming Fortress Forever 2.1 will include ff_2fort.
One of our beta testers, Iggy (aka [AE] 81206), made a video of the map to the tune "When I Grow Up" by Crack the Sky...

i used to love this mod till tf 2 come out then this mod kinda got forgotton about :S a shame really was a great mod.

Yea, now I'm not as interested in FF. Still a great mod, but I just love how TF2 changed the gameplay.

Map looks a bit dark in some areas. The sideramps in the main courtyard look like a good addition.
Looks great! I'm boggled by the speed the scouts pick up by conc jumping. I could never pull it off myself, so it annoyed the hell out of me when a player flew by at the speed of light with the flag, from one end of the map to the other! I admire your tenacity though guys, this is a great mod, and deserves to be played!
Concing actually isn't that hard. I never conced in tfc just from lack of knowledge of it's existence. But in FF I am now a good concer.
it is a good mod but its lost most of its fanbase to tf2... this however is a much more skilled game. but with that it is also hard to pick up and play for new users.
in otherwords tf2's simplicity has won the crowds. but they do have enormous financial backing. love ff myself as there is more to do! and i dont get as bored as quickly
Personally I've always hated 2fort, I admire the simplicity but just don't like to play it.
But good work nonetheless. Love TF, love TFC, and love FF. This is my TF2.
