With my changes for the campaign AIs, the story will feel more as it is supposed to, in my opinion ;) This is no real mod for FA, you only need to replace files of your FA installation. Easy installation and lots of fun changes ^^

As I wrote in the images comments, a really great thing would be to create some way to controll alied agressiveness, so that he wouldn't rush the current objective while you are completely unprepared for the next phase.
For example Sorian's AI responds to chat commands in skirmish or mp battles. Or some kind of a command signal to make alies switch to defence, or begin attacking again.

2nd mission, maybe should give Rhiza ability to build an extenshion base to the norht on one of the islands, to boost her production capability.

But about the chat commands or so, that is Sorian and the campaign AI isn't an AI that calculates stuff and then decides where to go, what to do, no... The campaign AI are purely scripted and do what I tell them to do in their files.

Also, I once actually did this... But then with a new ACU entering the battlefield. But, that made it too easy as there was too much production capability during the last phase =/
