With my changes for the campaign AIs, the story will feel more as it is supposed to, in my opinion ;) This is no real mod for FA, you only need to replace files of your FA installation. Easy installation and lots of fun changes ^^

It worked, my commander actually spawned!
Tip: Make sure you copy the lua and moho .scd files exracted from v3.1 into your gamedata folder.

After the prison is captured and you help the Loyalist Commander kill QAI`s monkeylords, the area does not expand and play continues forever.

I'm getting the same problem.
gregory, I don't really know anything about modding for this game, but I was able to get you some debug output. I put it on pastebin (modDB won't let me post URLs yet, so go to pastebin's homepage and type "qWsiq1m7" after the URL). The tl;dr is that the game can't seem to find a global variable called "OrderM4MainBaseAI". I looked in your scripts and found a function by that name, but not a variable.

Because you don't have to enable it in the mod manager or something. I make changes to the game itself, I don't really create a mod ;)
