This mod is based off of the CTT (Experimental) Mod originally created by its owner. It includes Freelancer, Custom Troop Tree's, Diplomacy and my own created Troops. (Made using Morghs editor!) This is my 2nd SUCCESSFULL Attempt after quitting on Steam workshop uploader. Also, I wasn't able to think of anything to make the Logo out off; Sorry for the bad logo..

Why should i add it/them?: Because it adds some ranged cavalry to the faction to utilize the purpose of Long Ranged Bombardment aswell as fitting in with the tribe. And mostly just because so we have more types of troops instead of just Spearmen and Crossbowmen...

Is there a background to why your troop was used in the armies of a specified kingdom/tribe/faction?:
Yes. It was used in the raiding parties of villages and towns which didn't have walls. And were paired with some other cavalry units to ambush caravans and merchants.

When I go to customize my troops, I am only able to give them the item in the top left box of the item pool.
The downloadable file seems to be broken or something:
When I downloaded it and tried to exract it, error appears saying that 'The archive is either in unknown format or damaged'.

You don't specifically have to use any mods besides a program called "Morghs Editor" where you can customize endlessly, its easy-to-use and is going to be your best friend to make custom troops. The custom troop tree's mod is to make a under-balanced army (In my opinion) which can have 3 branches. Now according to some kingdoms which have most of the time 2-3 branches and can have t7-9 units, in the mod, you can choose a variety of 1-3 branches, with 6-5-4 tiers. (Correct me if i'm wrong i don't do m&bw; anymore). I recommend using Morghs Editor long story short. :)
Is it possible to put this into another mod?
I used the experimental version of CTT which included freelancer, custom troop tree's and diplomacy. So i wasn't really able to add anything in. Not just that but also the fact that its very, very time consuming, that of which i can't spend to much. You can put the troops.txt in another mod if you just want my troops.

I believe Ziad meant if you could merge it with another mod and load that merged mod up to play.
