The Galaxy has seen a time of peace during the Pellaeon–Gavrisom Treaty. However something long forgotten stirs in the underworld, and threatens the peace everyone has worked so hard to achieve. The Siege tank serves a similar purpose as the Juggernaught tank used during the clone wars, but features heavier armor. The Siege tank has heavier armor, resulting in a slower overall speed and turning. However it has a heavy mortar turret equipped on its dorsal surface that can lend fire support to deployed infantry. The tank can also barrage a distant target to weaken a fortification in preparation for an attack as well as simply charging through walls and light resistance. The tank is large enough to hold 10 infantry squads and smaller numbers of droid units.
