Sith Sentinel Droid image - Fear The Dark Side mod for Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption
The Galaxy has seen a time of peace during the Pellaeon–Gavrisom Treaty. However something long forgotten stirs in the underworld, and threatens the peace everyone has worked so hard to achieve. Will you fight with the New Republic who has been betrayed from within? Will you fight with the Imperial Remnant who has been duped into a war they did not want? Will you side with the Mandalorians, who feel that they must bring peace to a galaxy dominated by force users? Or will you side with a Dark force rising, taking forces from within major governments? The Sith Sentinel droid was based off of a droid design used during the Jedi civil war. Because amassing an army of several thousand organic troopers would be quite suspicious, building a large force of "security droids" would be far less conspicuous and efficient. The droid squads can be built for less credits than regular troopers and take less time, but suffer from lower survivability.
(The sith troopers in the background are currently far too short compared to other troops. This will be fixed in the 1.4 release.)
