This honestly just sounds like a lazy/sandbox mod for C&C TW. And as much as I like the idea, I'll just stick to other mods on custom maps to get the same effect, as all of the mentioned effects above can be accomplished in custom maps with some simple scripting.
Its just my first mod on C&C TW. I just created it to learn a little bit about modding and test. I don't know how to add new 3D model and at this time i don't have time anymore to continue modding. I'm sorry if you don't like this mod.
Few ideas for you.
Scrin shield generator or shield upgrade for buildings.
Countermeasures for aircraft like laser point defenses.
EMP tanks
You might aswell give the AI infinite funds. The game either works or doesnt with the normal credit system.
Changing artillery. The AI artillery always can shoot from affar without scouting. Also C&C3; artillery is OP. I would suggest to remove it completely.
Introducing classic weapons like Cluster Missiles, Chemical Missiles, Drop pod that isnt Zone troopers...
More mind control for the Scrin
Introducing passive effects like speaker towers like in C&C generals.
Missile launchers. C&C3; has no scud like missile launchers.
Point defenses for tanks.
I agree with all the changes you made thus far. This game needed to be more spammy and less tactical. Play C&C retarded and see that it is more fun than any mod out there. A more sane version of C&C retarded would be good.
